Founded by someone who's run building sites, not just drawn them.
Reflekt Design was founded in 2021 by Sravan Bade. Before starting the practice, Sravan spent five years in construction management, on site, running builds, not just drawing them.
That practical experience shapes how we work today. We make the consent and construction process simpler by coordinating engineering alongside our architectural design, reducing handoffs, resolving buildability issues earlier, and keeping projects moving from design through to construction.
