Reflekt Design

For builders and developers

Drawings that build.Consents that pass.

Talk to us about your pipeline

We design with construction and consent in mind from day one. Where structural engineering is required, we coordinate it alongside the architectural design, reducing delays, resolving issues early and keeping your project moving.

One point of accountability, not two firms to manage

Reflekt manages the architectural design and coordinates structural engineering where required. We work directly with trusted engineering consultants and integrate their input into the design process, giving you one point of contact and a coordinated set of documents from design through to consent.

Fewer handoffs

Structural requirements are considered alongside the architectural design, not left until the end. We coordinate directly with the engineer, helping resolve changes early and reducing unnecessary back-and-forth for you.

Fewer RFIs

Architectural and structural information is coordinated from concept stage, helping identify conflicts earlier and reducing questions and delays once work starts on site.

Smoother consent

Council receives architectural and structural documentation that has been coordinated as part of the same design process, helping reduce inconsistencies and unnecessary consent queries.

Built for consent, not just for looks

Buildability isn't a check we run at the end. From concept stage, architectural design is developed with structural requirements in mind, with engineering coordinated where required. The result is a more resolved set of drawings for council and construction, helping identify issues earlier, reduce unnecessary RFIs and keep the consent process moving.

How we fit into your pipeline

  1. Step 01

    Concept and buildability review

We look at your site and brief early, and flag anything that will slow down consent or complicate the build before it's locked into the design.

  2. Step 02

    Structural engineering, coordinated

Where structural engineering is required, we coordinate directly with trusted engineering consultants from the design stage, keeping architectural and structural requirements aligned from the outset.

  3. Step 03

    Construction-ready drawing sets

Drawings your site team can quote and build from, with the engineering already resolved.

  4. Step 04

    Support through consent and construction

We stay involved after the drawings are issued, so the design intent survives contact with the site.
